Overview
As a Product Designer at Terre Orgânicos, I was responsible for designing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in collaboration with the founders. I designed and developed the e-commerce platform using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on the WooCommerce platform, conducted user research to inform product improvements, and boosted product sales by analyzing user research data alongside revenue metrics.

Challenge
Terre Orgânicos needed to establish an online presence to sell organic products directly to consumers. The challenge was to create an intuitive e-commerce experience that would appeal to health-conscious consumers while effectively showcasing the unique value of organic products. Additionally, as a startup, the solution needed to be cost-effective and scalable as the business grew.

1. MVP Design & Development
Collaborated closely with the founders to define and design the Minimum Viable Product that would meet business goals while delivering value to users. Developed the e-commerce platform using WooCommerce, handling both design and front-end implementation.
