As a Product Designer at BLU365, I was responsible for designing solutions that significantly improved conversion across the flow of our main financial products. I conducted user research to understand behaviors and intentions, developed content guidelines, created component style guides, and designed internal tools for automation and documentation.

BLU365 faced challenges with user drop-offs during key conversion points in their financial product flows.
