Overview
As a Product Designer at Cosmic, I was responsible for designing both the product and service for desktop and mobile platforms. I designed and developed the web section of the product, including registration, payment, and subscription features. I also conducted online research with users and the target audience to define app features and worked with the development team to create a roadmap for implementation.
Challenge
Cosmic needed to create a user-friendly comic reader application that would work seamlessly across multiple platforms. The challenge was to design an intuitive reading experience that would appeal to comic enthusiasts while implementing a business model that would support content creators and the platform's growth. Additionally, the web registration, payment, and subscription process needed to be frictionless to convert interested users into paying customers.
